EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items include:

  • Some health and personal care items
  • Clearance& sale goods

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refund are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Policy

Return Refund process will take up to 30 working days after we receive the original package and make sure it does not affect the secondary sale, as our payment processor regulation.

We can do partial refund as discussion.
Refund will be applicable for the reasons below:

Replacement for the returned package is not available in factory stock nor our own stock.
Your ordered product is not available or out of stock, and you don’t want to choose any other products.
Your package gets seized by customs , we can refund you or send you a new package as discussion.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 of days.

Late or missing refund

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank or credit card account again then contact the respective financial institution, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Colors

We make every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices may vary, we can’t guarantee that your screen’s display of a color will be completely accurate.

EXCHANGES
